looking for a camper trailer or small motorhome that can be revamped inside not wanting it for camping in Dexter, Kansas

small to med size camper that is not in excellent shape inside so I can gut it and make a small business in it. Don't want to pay alot since will need to put much into it. Outside does need to be in good shape and if water  source is intact would be awesome.
